Artist Trading Cards

As usual I've been busy so the crafting has taken a back seat - again!  However this time I have a really good excuse.  A family member celebrated their 100th birthday!!! A small family gathering brought relatives from London and further north in Scotland to share the momentous occasion.  Now the proud recipient of a birthday card from the Queen our relative, who still manages to maintain their independence, had a lovely celebration.
Now for the first of several posts for artist trading cards.  Today I'm sharing my 3 partner ATCs for this month's swap at UKATC .  This is the compulsory swap with all cards going to the same partner so they each have to be different.

The main image of the brushes is a free stamp from Craft Stamper Magazine a few years' ago and the splodges at the top are from Crafty Individuals'. Both were stamped using StazOn black ink so I could add the splashes of watercolour paint to liven up the image.
I started with some pale blue shimmer card and added layers of stamping, with pale blue Blonde Moments Spring Pearl Pigments lightly brushed over the top. The script and key are from Crafty Individuals and the sentiments from Tim Holtz Stuff to Say.
Finally a sweet vintage ballerina image printed in soft sepia with a slight green ting.  I stamped the background card with Crafty Individuals' Lace in black StazOn before matting and layering the image.
