Christmas Card - Take Two

Every year I play around with a few different Christmas card designs.  I'm more of a 'try it and see' kind of card maker rather than having a definite idea to start with.   The one I like the most is the design I use for the bulk of my cards.

This isn't a very good picture as the card looks more yellow but I wanted to get away from the traditional dark green, so I started with a piece of white card which I sprayed with Cosmic Shimmers Vintage Mist in Patina.  I stamped the music score over the top in  Shabby Shutters Distress Ink and edged the card with gold Pen-Touch.  I stuck this to the white card blank after inking the edges with the same ink and then added the die cut Christmas tree from the 'Christmas' Cricut cartridge.  I think this is quite an old one and was a free download to the Gypsy about three years ago.

This isn't a very good picture as the card looks more yellow than green which is down to the fading light.
I've got a couple of other ideas and colour combinations I want to try so watch this space.
